The Swimming Pool is a freshwater pool set in the garden courtyard overlooking the marina.

The Tennis Courts have been recently resurfaced. No advance booking is required.

​

Cove House has its own Private Marina consisting of twelve boat berths plus a floating dock for dinghies and kayaks. Berths are available to owners at at a reasonable cost. Please check with the Office for availability and cost.

Three Laundry Facilities (washing machines and dryers) are located on each floor.

​

Free parking is available to all residents. Covered parking is available in the Car Port. Please check with the Office for availability and cost.

​

The Recreation/Community Room is available to residents to relax, read or host a function.
