Cove House is a condominium building comprised of 140 individually owned units arranged over four floors. Two-bedroom condos, one-bedroom condos and studio units are available. Also, there is one four-bedroom-four bath condo in Cove House.

On site, we have an administrative office, tennis court, marina, pool, laundry facilities and a large recreation room that can accommodate up to 100 people for social occasions and meetings. 

A Board consisting of seven members governs Cove House Condominium Apartments. Condominium owners elect The Board at the annual general meeting in March. Cove House employs a full time staff to take care of maintenance, cleaning, security and administration. The Condominium Association is responsible for the maintenance and running of the building to ensure Cove House remains a peaceful and enjoyable place to live.
